Rate of Pay: $123,624.00 to $154,700.00 per Year
Duties: Perform ITS/Traffic analysis and design supporting projects and operations. Assist in analysis, design, and implementation of projects such as traffic impact studies, traffic operations studies, capacity analysis, traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting and traffic control plans.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Engineer-related occupation.
Position Requires:
1. Utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation Geopak and InRoads
2. Utilizing traffic engineering software including HCS, Synchro / SimTraffic, and microsimulation (Vissim)
3. Data analysis including development and use of databases including MS Access and GIS software including ArcGIS and QGIS
4. Developing and implementing traffic signal timing coordination / time-space diagrams
5. Technical writing
