QA Engineer

Location: Houston, TX

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in QA testing, system design, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL, DBT, AWS Glue, Snowflake, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience developing QA plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Experience with Quality Center software processes and Quick Test Pro (QTP) automation.
  • Ability to utilize query tools such as Toad and SQL.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with web applications, cloud computing, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with general business operations such as HR and Finance.
  • Knowledge of additional technologies like Peoplesoft, AS400, Visual Basic, Informatica, GIS, GPS, and ESP.
  • Project management skills and strong communication abilities.
