Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a strong background in UX research and design, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging products.
  • Define and implement design strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro to create high-quality design artifacts.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to various audiences.
Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in UX research and design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping, and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Safe methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
