Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging products.
- Define and implement design strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro to create high-quality design artifacts.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to various audiences.
- 8+ years of experience in UX research and design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Safe methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
