Job Title:Technical Business Analyst (10+ years of experience)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Local Texas candidates ONLY

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Serve as a liaison between business users, Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustainment, vendors, and other IT teams.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Analyze current legacy systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions that align with program goals.
Work with the program to document requirements that can be shared with the selected vendor.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements.
Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
Create use cases and process maps to document current-state and future-state business processes.
Perform business process mapping and business process reengineering.
Identify new applications of technology to improve business effectiveness.
Prepare solution options, risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, ROI evaluations, and buy-versus-build recommendations.
Write detailed functional specifications describing user requirements, program functions, and system modifications.
Manage project scope by evaluating requirement trade-offs and stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and costs.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and validating that solutions meet business requirements.
Serve as the central point of communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Support the project through implementation to ensure the final solution meets stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Their core objective is to analyze current legacy system, identify any inefficiencies, and translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that improve and meet program goals.
Work with the program/project teams to document the requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
