Summary

Requirements

4 or more years of experience in Mainframe environment quality assurance and systems testing.
Proficiency in COBOL and JCL for analyzing and validating backend application logic.
Experience with healthcare claims processing and insurance information technology workflows.
Experience in designing and executing complex test scenarios and regression suites.
Experience with Serena ChangeMan for software configuration and version control.
Experience in SQL data validation and CA-ADS within a mainframe architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute quality assurance protocols for large-scale healthcare and insurance system updates.
Develop comprehensive test scenarios based on technical specifications and business rules.
Analyze test results to identify and resolve discrepancies between actual and expected outcomes.
Support user acceptance testing by collaborating with external providers and trading partners.
Perform end-to-end interface testing for high-volume data processing systems.
Document technical processes and provide subject matter expertise for legacy system migrations.
Facilitate defect resolution and report testing progress to cross-functional project teams.
