UX Designers/Writers

Rate Is Available For This position: $45/Hr. on W2 

• Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences
• Execute on content strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives.
• Create clear and concise content while applying UX best practices, brand guidelines and accessibility standards
• Ensure the content uses proper voice and tone
• Collaborate with designers, product managers/owners, business analysts, developers, marketing and business stakeholders to create content that educates, motivates and empowers users
• Provide content of varying fidelity to our product designers to facilitate iterative design
• Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models
• Author content in our publishing tools
• Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve our product style guide
• Support our design system by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed
• Create, review and revise content to support strategic CX initiatives to ensure the best possible customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

• Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience
• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Certification: N/A
• Skills & Abilities: Creating clear and concise content, Writing for multiple channels (website, apps, email, text message, etc.), Writing microcopy, Authoring in content management systems, Collaborating with various teams
