About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced o9 Solutions Consultant for a Long Term C2C Onsite Contract role in New Jersey. This is a stable long term onsite C2C opportunity for candidates with strong hands-on implementation expertise in o9 Supply Chain Planning platform and Digital Brain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end o9 implementation lifecycle - Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare Support in onsite model
Configure o9 Data Model, Enterprise Knowledge Graph - EKG, Measures, Workflows, Plugins, Cube, Worksheets, Input / Output Tables, Roles, SSO, and UI / UX
Implement and support modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Supply Forecasting, Integrated Business Planning - IBP, Sales and Operations Planning - S&OP, Sales and Operations Execution - S&OE, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower, Order Management, Assortment Planning, Merchandise Planning
Translate complex business requirements into scalable o9 technical solutions using o9 Digital Brain Platform
Perform data integration with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle and legacy systems using o9 Data Integration Framework
Build and optimize complex planning models, forecasting logic, statistical forecasting, ML / AI forecasting and scenario / What-If planning
Collaborate with cross-functional Business, IT, and Data teams in onsite environment
Provide functional and technical documentation, training and post-production support for long term engagement

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with minimum 3+ years hands-on in o9 Solutions platform
Strong hands-on expertise in o9 Configuration - Data Model, EKG, Measures, Rules, Actions, Workflows, Data Integration, Plugins
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts - Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, IBP, S&OE, Control Tower
Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, Excel, Data Analysis, Data Validation
Experience in integrating o9 with SAP / Oracle ERP
Must be available to work Onsite in New Jersey for Long Term C2C Contract - Any Visa
Preferred: o9 Solution Architect Certified, o9 Functional Certified, Python, R, Agile Delivery, Retail / CPG / Manufacturing / Hi-Tech domain
