Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst translating business requirements into actionable data queries and analytical solutions.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, data governance, and data quality practices.
Background in Health & Human Services or other regulated industries, with experience promoting data literacy through training and mentoring.
