Data readiness, feature selection aur experimentation guide karna

AI ethics, bias, privacy aur compliance ensure karna

Go-to-market planning aur stakeholder communication

User feedback aur model performance ke basis par product improve karna

Product management fundamentals (roadmaps, OKRs, Agile/Scrum)

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, CV)

Data analysis & metrics-driven decision making

Stakeholder management & communication skills

Problem-solving aur strategic thinking

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

ML lifecycle (data collection training deployment monitoring)

APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

MLOps basics (model versioning, monitoring, retraining)

SQL / Python basics (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

MBA or Product Management certification (plus)

5 10+ years experience in Product / Tech roles

Experience working on AI/ML products (chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, GenAI)
