Job Description:

The IVR tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and customer experience of Interactive Voice Response IVR systems. This role leads QA activities across IVR applications, voice platforms, speech recognition systems, call flows, integrations, and customer selfservice solutions.

Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years.
