Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning components, system integrations, and platform customization, along with hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder.
- Create and manage custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and security configurations.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration activities and support data management using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
- Develop dynamic reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Write unit test classes, troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure high performance and code quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes within Agile delivery models.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and version control using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs for integration projects.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PDI) are mandatory; Platform Developer II or Administrator certifications are preferred.
