Role: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - VR
Type: Contract

Job Description: 
 
10 years of ServiceNow implementation experience within a consulting or professional services environment
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)
Experience implementing and configuring vulnerability management workflows within ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with:
Vulnerability Response (VR)
Vulnerable Items and Vulnerability Groups
Vulnerability prioritization and remediation workflows
Vulnerability scanner integrations such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7
CMDB/CI relationships as they relate to Vulnerability Response
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead workshops, solution design sessions, and end-to-end implementations
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
Certifications (Required)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in:
Risk and Compliance (RC), Vulnerability Response (VR), or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • For CTA will need a CTA or the prerequisites to get one
    Nice to Have
    ITIL Foundation certification
    Additional Qualifications
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Ability to operate in client-facing, fast-paced consulting environments
    Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
