Job Role : SAP GLM Consultant

Location: Wickliffe, OH ( Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP GLM Consultant to lead and support SAP Global Label Management (GLM) implementations as part of a SAP S/4HANA program. The consultant will manage end-to-end delivery of SAP GLM initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, system stability, and seamless integration with SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and support of SAP GLM solutions in S/4HANA environments
• Configure and support SAP EHS Product Safety & GLM
• Work on Specification Management, Phrase Management, Dangerous Goods Management (DGM), and Substance Volume Tracking (SVT)
• Gather business requirements, prepare blueprint/design, configure solutions, and perform functional testing
• Integrate GLM with SAP MM / SD modules
• Support creation of compliant labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and guide development & testing activities
• Engage with business stakeholders and ensure high-quality client delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP implementation experience, specifically SAP GLM
• Hands-on experience with SAP GLM in S/4HANA
• Strong SAP EHS Product Safety experience
• Knowledge of S/4HANA EHS
• Experience in Specification Management, Phrase Management, DGM, SVT
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Experience leading onsite/offshore teams

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Certification
• Scrum Master / Agile Coach experience

Education

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent
