Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis in Charlotte, NC. The Project Manager will be tasked with managing a large multi-functional ERP implementation. This person will need to demonstrate the ability to execute change management activities for users developing and implementing new processes, and new functionality. The Project Manager will also need to demonstrate detailed understanding of key aspects such testing strategies, documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training best practice.

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification is a plus
* Must have 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-functional ERP implementations
* Must have strong experience with Project Management fundamentals, tools and techniques
* Must have expert knowledge of PM tools including MS Project
* Must have experience facilitating large meetings
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to multi-task and problem solve

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
