G&A Systems / Technical Product Lead (Contract)

We re supporting a growing pharmaceutical company looking for a strong systems and product-minded professional to help optimize and integrate their G&A technology stack. This is a high-visibility role working across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
What you ll do
Lead initiatives across core G&A platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, CLM tools, and Concur
Drive integrations and data flows between enterprise SaaS systems
Gather and document business and technical requirements (BRDs, specs, data mapping)
Support data migration efforts and file transfers
Manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned
Translate between technical teams and business users
Identify automation and optimization opportunities across systems
What gets you the job
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, CLM platforms, and Concur
Strong understanding of system integrations and data migration
Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications
Project management experience across concurrent initiatives
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to have: FloQast, Condor, 3PL, or GTN experience
Technical/software product management background is a plus
This is a contract opportunity with potential for long-term extension, offering strong exposure and impact within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
