Description
The IT Support Analyst I will operate at the front lines of the IT department, supporting shop operations. This role is key to helping resolve problems quickly so that we can focus on what matters most, serving our customers. This role works closely with other teams, and other Support Analysts, to make sure that technology does not get in the way of creating a great experience for our customers.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join a fast-growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting both onsite and remote users in a dynamic, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support, managing approximately 15+ tickets per day
Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and basic POS issues
Support user account administration (e.g., Active Directory)
Assist with new hire onboarding, including device imaging and setup
Deliver onsite desk-side support and user assistance
Partner with Tier 1 & Tier 2 teams to resolve escalations
Support conference room technology (Zoom Rooms, AV systems, Crestron)
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Help standardize and enhance IT support practices in a growing environment
Required Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Experience supporting user/admin systems (e.g., Active Directory)
Proven ability to troubleshoot across a variety of technologies (technology-agnostic mindset)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
C-Suite level presence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Zendesk)
Exposure to both Mac and Windows environments
Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technologies
Experience creating technical documentation
Exposure to scripting, automation, or emerging technologies (e.g., AI/LLMs)

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance from field employees
Provide support to all Shops as it relates to the overall Point of Sale, network, receipt printers, and other technology systems that assist the Field in serving customers
Ensure all problem calls are resolved and closed in a timely manner, including follow-up with users to ensure issue resolution
Proactively work to improve the overall system performance and stability
Identify, diagnose, and resolve all customer issues by using documented troubleshooting items such as a knowledge base, previously reported issues, colleague experience, or connecting the customer to an escalated level of support to properly resolve their issue
Be an expert in the operations of shops; thoroughly understanding the overall system environment
Manage problem escalations and work directly with other teams or vendors to solve technical issues
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and general wifi connectivity in a roaming environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
