Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Billing Developer with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing implementations and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in insurance domain applications, system upgrades, data migration, integrations, and customization within Duck Creek platforms.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable billing solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Duck Creek Billing solutions.
• Participate in Duck Creek migration and upgrade projects from legacy systems to Duck Creek platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Duck Creek Billing components, manuscripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform data mapping, data conversion, and migration activities.
• Integrate Duck Creek applications with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with QA teams for unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and documentation are maintained.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing.
• Experience in Duck Creek migration, implementation, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Duck Creek Author, Express, TransACT, or related Duck Creek tools.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and policy lifecycle.
• Experience with data migration and conversion strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
