Shift: 5:30 AM-6:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $24.10 an hour
- Must have good math skills for tracking of the different blends
- Reading comprehension to be able to follow blends
- Most tasks require bending, lifting and reaching
- Operation of Hydraflaker requires lifting blocks of frozen meat to chest height on a continual basis
- Must be able to lift 80lb repetitively.
- Ability to work in a cool environment of 40 to 50 degrees 8-10 hours a day.
- Able to receive a walkie license.
- Assist in other cells as needed.
- Safety is the #1 responsibility.
- Follow all GMP?s and USDA guidelines
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
- Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
- Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
- Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
- SAP documentation
