Business Systems Analyst

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Support technology projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Perform data analysis and use findings to support project decisions and solution design.

Design, test, and assist with the implementation of technology solutions.

Conduct research and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Create procedures and supporting documentation for new or improved systems.

Provide training and ongoing support to users.

Prepare Requests for Proposals and contract scopes of deliverables.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and help ensure project deliverables meet specifications.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB Discovery, and Webex.

Strong proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.

Demonstrated data analytics experience.

Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and manage responsibilities proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Telecommunications Expense Management.

Experience preparing contracts and Requests for Proposals.
