Job Description:

  • Quoting Expertise: Serve as a dedicated partner to the Deals Team by managing support cases within Salesforce, ensuring accurate configuration for complex SaaS subscription models and renewals and deal progression from initial draft until contract build and agreement activation.
  • Operational Backlog & Escalation Management: Proactively drive the resolution of case backlogs by applying strategic prioritization and escalation handling to meet high-stakes deal timelines and business-critical deadlines.
  • Business-to-Systems Liaison: Bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and business needs by translating the end-to-end quoting lifecycle into functional system processes that streamline deal management and optimize the sales experience.

Requirements:

  • Deep Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash: Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Apttus (Conga) Quoting is required. You must demonstrate a functional understanding of SaaS-specific pricing logic, including subscription lifecycles.
  • Case Management & Operational Agility: Proven track record of managing high-volume support queues (e.g., Salesforce Cases, Jira, or ServiceNow) with the ability to independently prioritize deal-blocking issues. You must have experience handling executive escalations and the judgment to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Functional Business Analysis: Ability to translate complex business deal structures into system requirements. While a technical background is helpful, you must demonstrate a business-first mindset, with the ability to navigate the end-to-end sales process and explain "the why" behind system constraints to stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Legal.
