Position: Chatbot Developer (Dev Tech Lead)

Job Description –

•             10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years as a full-stack developer.

•             7+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow or similar platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi), including conversational bot development and API integrations for automation.

•             Proven experience in developing and maintaining chatbots across .com, in-app, and SMS channels using Python and JavaScript. Strong hands-on experience with API/service integrations is required.

•             Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

•             Experience integrating APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines.

•             Strong focus on optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

•             Participation in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.

•             Contribution to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

•             Active engagement in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams.
