Summary

FutureSoft Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to support Georgia Tech’s Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud environment. The selected professional will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud capabilities while supporting business users across multiple departments.

This role requires strong analytical, technical, and functional expertise within Salesforce, along with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for complex Salesforce issues.
Develop and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards, including cross-filters and custom report types.
Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including Cloud Pages for digital communications and data capture workflows.
Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Maintain data integrity and quality across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud environments.
Troubleshoot segmentation, list management, and automation behaviors.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and adoption enablement for business users.
Document processes, system enhancements, and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge or ranking
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce integrations and data issues
Strong skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, and documentation
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
Experience with AppExchange, data management, reports, dashboards
Experience with process mapping, wireframing, and workflow design
Experience with project management tasks and UAT coordination
