We are seeking a talented Level 9 SAP Technical Lead to join our CM&T team. This position focuses on driving Full Stack Development and Back-End ABAP on HANA environments within our Technology Services division. You will design, develop, and integrate web applications with SAP architectures to deliver high-impact results for our clients.

responsibilities:
- Perform advanced back-end SAP ABAP development on HANA and build optimized CDS data models and OData services.
- Design and configure end-to-end front-end applications utilizing SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Develop interfaces connecting SAP with non-SAP environments utilizing RFCs, BAPIs, Proxies, ALE/IDOC, and Web Services.
- Implement enhancements via BADIs, Exits, Module Pool programming, and modern enhancement frameworks while coordinating deliverables between onsite and offshore teams.
qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and SAP UI5/Fiori frameworks.
Strong hands-on proficiency with CDS views, OData debugging, and RESTful API (RAP) programming.
Due to client ITAR regulations and operational constraints, candidates must be a US Person () and maintain complete willingness to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience acting as a technical lead with strong onsite-offshore coordination and solution design capabilities.
Foundational understanding of PI/PO environments and basic technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication, analytical, and autonomous problem-solving abilities.
