Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing and Category Management professional with a strong technology background to independently manage sophisticated technology sourcing engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and category management, with a focus on technology and MarTech/AdTech. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational, project management, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies, including category strategy, RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Negotiate complex commercial and legal provisions, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and liability/indemnification clauses.
- Independently manage sourcing engagements from initiation through final negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineers, legal teams, and business units, to understand technical and business needs.
- Lead sourcing efforts for MarTech, AdTech, AI-enabled marketing platforms, digital media, and enterprise marketing technology/cloud platforms.
- Stay updated on AI-related contractual requirements and adapt to rapidly changing frameworks.
- Handle a high volume of concurrent engagements, typically managing 30+ active projects.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of strategic sourcing and category management experience, with a focus on technology sourcing.
- Hands-on experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
- Proven ability to independently run sourcing engagements and RFPs end-to-end.
- Strong background in MarTech/AdTech, digital media, AI, data, and cloud technology sourcing (highly preferred).
- Experience partnering with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Legal or contracting background is a strong plus but not required.
- Experience in financial services is helpful but not mandatory.

Pay Range: $45/hr-$55/hr on W2 Basis
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
