Job: Senior Agile Coach/Agile Transformation Coach

Location: 2 Broadway, NYC (Onsite)

Contract

Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support Agile adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives within a large, complex IT environment.

Required Skills and Information:

Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of software development experience

At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience

Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments

Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives

Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.
