Summary

Job Title: Contact Center IT Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX/Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in a week)

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Job Details:

  • IT Project Manager plans and executes technology projects involving contact center CRM, IVR, and cloud implementations, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and outcomes.
  • Identifies risks, handle issues, and manage scope changes to keep projects on track.
  • Monitors performance and ensure solutions improve operational efficiency and customer experience in the contact center
