Project OverviewThe organization is modernizing its collections campaign management system. This system identifies and manages outbound campaigns for delinquency and outreach, including voice, IVR, email, and text messaging. The current solution relies on multiple legacy Access databases and outdated tools, which need to be retired and migrated into a modern, cloud-ready platform.
Objectives- Migrate and modernize logic from legacy Access databases.
- Consolidate campaign generation functionality into new CRM and Campaign Generation tools.
- Ensure compliance with complex state and federal guidelines.
- Improve scalability and support for consumer and collections outreach campaigns.
Role SummaryWe are seeking a
Technical Product Manager / Development Lead to drive modernization efforts within the collections space. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to integrate legacy functionality into new platforms, lead offshore development resources, and ensure successful delivery of a highly complex, data-intensive solution.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for campaign management modernization.
- Lead and coordinate offshore development teams (currently 3 identified resources).
- Oversee migration of multiple Access databases into SQL Server and new cloud-ready architecture.
- Collaborate with developers on upgrading the Campaign Generation tool (Angular frontend Java frontend, .NET API, SQL Server backend).
- Ensure integration with CRM and campaign tools for voice, IVR, email, and SMS outreach.
- Validate data accuracy and campaign functionality through hands-on SQL testing.
- Support test automation initiatives and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with the manager and stakeholders to meet project timelines and compliance requirements.
RSkills & Experience- Strong technical background in SQL and data-intensive applications.
- Experience with contact center technologies and campaign management tools.
- Familiarity with Angular, Java, .NET APIs, and cloud-ready architectures.
- Ability to lead offshore teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a complex regulatory environment.
- Morning availability for offshore coordination (7 AM - 11 AM CST).
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in collections or financial services.
- Knowledge of IVR systems and voice campaign technologies.
- Background in test automation and QA processes.
Additional Details- Position is approved and funded.
- Requires onsite presence in Hopkins 3 days per week.
- Reports to a manager with strong industry experience and executive support
