Role Title: UI/UX Designer/Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer/Developer to create modern, intuitive, and engaging user experiences for an AI-powered self-service platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise web applications and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver highly usable, visually appealing, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces, workflows, and experiences for an AI-powered self-service platform.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
• Define intuitive user journeys for AI interactions, including prompts, results, recommendations, and workflow experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation within React-based applications.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and continuously improve designs.
• Maintain consistency through reusable design systems, UI standards, and component libraries.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers throughout the design lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience focused on web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design projects.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
• Experience designing modern enterprise applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered, chatbot, or self-service platforms.
• Familiarity with React-based application environments.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and design implementation considerations.

Work Model

• Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.
• Must be comfortable working closely with onsite business and technology teams.
