Are you passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and technology? We''re looking for a Clinical Informaticist to help optimize EHR systems, improve clinical workflows, and enhance patient care outcomes across a healthcare environment.
What You''ll Do:
• Support EHR implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance across multiple clinical domains
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows and translate end-user needs into system improvements
• Design and maintain clinical documentation tools, templates, order sets, and decision support resources
• Participate in testing activities including UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimization
• Provide training, guidance, and at-the-elbow support to clinical staff
• Drive workflow improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes
🔹 What We''re Looking For:
• 3+ years of Clinical Informatics experience within a hospital, acute care, or long-term care environment
• Experience implementing and supporting EHR platforms (WellSky preferred; Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and other enterprise healthcare systems considered)
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare delivery processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting system implementations, training initiatives, optimization efforts, and change management activities
• Familiarity with clinical device integrations, including bedside monitoring devices, IV pumps, and EHR-connected clinical technologies
🔹 Bonus Experience:
• Clinical background in nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, or related healthcare disciplines
• Experience identifying workflow efficiencies and translating operational needs into technology solutions
