Scope: Specialized testing expertise for Client''s Partner Incentive program through a team with deep domain expertise in war room leadership, Varicent tool configuration, partner incentives, SFDC, and business analysis and business testing to drive the CPI E2E Testing along with validating the new capabilities being launched in PcomP (Varicent) and PXP (partner relationship management in SFDC) systems  during the quarter while bringing in best practices and data validations. This integrated approach leverages early-stage testing participation to provide comprehensive testing support across the software development lifecycle for all releases and for the E2E test cycle supporting the launch of the new incentive. The team also supports the incentive set ups for the pre-release “parallel” runs to validate the incentive.

By participating as key SMEs in the critical CPI Set Up and E2E Testing for the CPI Changes along with analyzing the impact to the downstream systems, bring additional efficiency to the Partner Incentive system / process and improve the time-to-market. By participating in Product Team-led BAT activities while, enable early defect detection, optimized testing efficiency, and seamless knowledge transfer from BAT to E2E UAT phases, ultimately supporting successful PComP Varicent tool deployment across Client''s global partner ecosystem.

Service Specifications:

•            Multi-Phase Business E2E Testing Support - Execute comprehensive business testing activities from initial BAT validation through final E2E acceptance across all user personas and scenarios, applying consulting methodologies

•            War Room Leadership & Strategic Oversight - Lead CPI E2E Testing war room operations with senior consulting perspective, introducing industry best practices, standardized templates, and strategic process improvements across all testing phases

•            PComP Varicent Expert Configuration & Ownership - Serve as CPI Incentive Owner performing actual configuration setups in Varicent tool, coordinating with multiple IT teams and other incentive owners, and leading PComP Varicent testing with deep tool expertise

•            PXP Dashboard Validation - Act as Business Analyst to validate PXP Dashboards and Reporting (SFDC-based), along with PComP Reporting and PFBO Reporting, leveraging SFDC domain expertise

•            BAT Participation with Domain Expertise - Provide senior consultant resources to join Product Team-led BAT activities, delivering strategic insights, early visibility into testing challenges, and user experience recommendations

•            Comprehensive Test Execution - Execute all use/test cases for End-to-End User Acceptance Testing across multiple soft launch releases with business domain expertise and consulting rigor

•            Integrated Defect Management - Enable early defect identification through expert analysis, with seamless transition to E2E UAT resolution tracking using proven consulting frameworks

•            Multi-Team Stakeholder Collaboration - Maintain strategic relationships with IT teams, Product Management, Design, GPRS, Finance, CLO, and incentive owners to ensure seamless testing workflow and configuration alignment

•            E2E UAT War Room Operations - Drive daily war room standups, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, escalation management, and strategic decision-making for all testing activities

•            Templates & Best Practices Implementation - Introduce and implement standardized testing templates, consulting best practices, and process optimization frameworks throughout the engagement

•            Executive Reporting & Analytics - Deliver weekly executive readouts with war room KPIs, consolidated tracking dashboards, automation metrics, and strategic insights to ensure reporting accuracy validation

•            Configuration & Reporting Expertise - Provide hands-on Varicent rebate setup expertise and SFDC reporting validation, ensuring system accuracy and user guidance across platforms

•            Requirements & Design Collaboration - Collaborate with Design Team for future scope planning while maintaining critical IT, Product Management, and incentive owner partnerships

•            AI Automation Integration - Implement AI-driven automation interventions to optimize test execution, defect detection, and reporting efficiency, leveraging consulting expertise to identify automation opportunities

•            Strategic Consulting Input - Provide forward-looking strategy recommendations through Design Team collaboration and continuous process improvement

Each milestone deliverable will be accepted based on:

•            Completion of all test cases for the designated phase(s)

•            Execution of BAT and E2E UAT activities as specified

•            Defect identification, tracking, and resolution support

•            Delivery of weekly status reports throughout the milestone period

•            Documentation of testing results and launch readiness assessment

Skillset and Experience

Lead - Leads effort and "war room" coordination (10+ years experience preferred), varicent and SFDC experience
Lead tester - Varicent background, SFDC experience, UAT, BAT, E2E testing (10 years)
Lead Analyst - Data and analytics background, UAT, BAT experience (5-10 years), SFDC
