Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-level PM (not a Senior PM) who can effectively manage technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Minneapolis, MN for key meetings, stakeholder alignment, or project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project goals and execution plans
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and actionable tasks
Track and manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or work within Waterfall/Hybrid models as needed
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with external vendors or partners when applicable
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical or IT projects
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, cloud environments, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in mid-sized to large enterprise environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
