Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to design, provision, secure, and operate cloud infrastructure supporting large-scale Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building resilient, observable, and high-performance systems, and will collaborate closely with internal engineering teams as well as external platform partners, including Apple teams.
Experience with DAM platforms is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to design, provision, secure, and operate cloud infrastructure supporting large-scale Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building resilient, observable, and high-performance systems, and will collaborate closely with internal engineering teams as well as external platform partners, including Apple teams.
Experience with DAM platforms is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and secure AWS infrastructure supporting DAM workloads using infrastructure-as-code best practices.
- Build and manage scalable cloud services across AWS, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security services.
- Operate and optimize streaming, messaging, caching, search, and database platforms (e.g., Kafka/Kinesis, SQS/SNS, Redis/Elastic Cache, OpenSearch, RDS/DynamoDB).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of production systems.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management across environments
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for production issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineers, third-party platform providers, and Apple engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in security posture, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer, with heavy focus on AWS.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.
- Experience managing distributed systems involving streaming, messaging, caching, search, and databases.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience supporting production systems with high scale and reliability requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and organizations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms or media-heavy workflows.
- Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration expertise.
- Experience working with large enterprise platforms or partner-driven ecosystems.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty).
