IT Network Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Network Manager who combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities. This role will lead a skilled network engineering team while remaining hands-on in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and oversight for enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
Design, implement, and support routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless network solutions.
Manage and configure enterprise-class routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and cloud-based networking solutions.
Ensure network security through implementation of VPNs, IDS/IPS, threat detection systems, and secure network architecture best practices.
Support and optimize cloud networking environments in AWS (VPC, Direct Connect) and/or Azure (VNet, ExpressRoute).
Lead network-related change management, incident response, and problem management activities following ITIL best practices.
Mentor and manage a team of network engineers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee large-scale infrastructure initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.
Experience managing or leading network engineering teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies and security frameworks.
Experience working in structured IT environments using ITIL methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent.
Demonstrated success delivering complex, enterprise-wide infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting global or multi-site network environments
