Shift/Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure within Data Center environments.
- Support the delivery of consistent, sustainable solutions and processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Provide clear, structured updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and uphold Data Center cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to all production, safety, and quality guidelines, codes, and industry best practices.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
- Read and interpret blueprints, building documentation, and redline drawings.
- Maintain a broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
Skills and Qualifications- Proficient with basic telecom hand tools.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Solid knowledge of job safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
- Familiarity with wiring schemes and cable testing procedures.
- Ability to pull various types of low-voltage cabling.
- Skilled in performing field terminations and labeling.
- Reports to the Operations Manager and follows daily direction from Technician through Advanced Senior Technician levels.
- Able to maintain organized paperwork and manage service jobs independently.
- Capable of laying out MDF and IDF closets, dressing cables, and performing all types of terminations.
- Experienced working in Data Center environments.
- Able to install ladder racks and seismic bracing both above and below raised floors.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
