  9. Utilize accessibility testing tools and workflows to validate WCAG compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

  10. Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, architects, and product teams to ensure adherence to accessibility and UX best practices.

  11. Participate in code reviews, UX reviews, architecture discussions, and accessibility assessments.

  12. Partner with development teams across multiple applications to drive adoption of reusable design-system components.

  13. Mentor and support developers who are new to accessibility standards and enterprise design-system development.

  14. Develop high-level wrapper components that simplify accessibility implementation for downstream development teams.

  15. Support enterprise applications that must comply with mandated federal accessibility standards and deadlines.

  16. Define and promote best practices for accessible UI development across multiple teams and applications.

  17. Collaborate with backend development teams to ensure seamless integration between Angular front-end applications and backend services.
