Position Details

Role: Oracle Financial Consultant Profitability Management SME
Work Location: Charlotte, NC | Richmond, VA | Greensboro, NC (Onsite No Remote)
Visa: eligible

Role Overview

As a Profitability Management SME, you will lead and support end-to-end OFSAA Profitability implementations, troubleshoot complex batch and data issues, and collaborate closely with client technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable OFSAA solutions within a large financial services environment.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end OFSDF PFT module implementations for large U.S. financial clients
Strong expertise in configuring and executing batches using OFSAA UI, Command Line Utility, and external tools
Proven experience in data management and batch troubleshooting
Strong background in sourcing data from multiple systems using ODI, Informatica, OWB, or other ETL/ELT tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and collaborate effectively with client technical teams and stakeholders
