Job Title: OFSAA Developer ECM/FCCM Specialist

Location: Onsite Tempe, AZ

Experience Range: 8+ Years

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with OFSAA 8.x, ECM (Enterprise Case Management), and FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management)
In-depth understanding of OFSAA data models, particularly Case Management tables
Expertise in data flow within OFSAA-FCCM (ECM, KYC, SAR, CTR)
Experience in developing and customizing ECM UI using OJET (Oracle JET) forms framework
Strong knowledge of OFSAA Architecture and Batch Execution (FSDM tables, jobs, staging to case data flow)
Excellent debugging, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of data integration from EDW or upstream systems into OFSAA tables
Good to have: Knowledge of finance and accounting principles

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer with strong expertise in ECM, FCCM, SAR, CTR, and Data Mapping to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with OFSAA architecture, data models, and workflow, along with the ability to customize UI components and develop solutions aligned with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Design, develop, and implement OFSAA ECM codes to meet business requirements.
  • Manage and optimize data flow from source systems (EDW/upstream) into OFSAA-FCCM tables.
  • Perform ECM UI customizations and develop forms using the OJET framework.
  • Execute and monitor OFSAA batches and job workflows for data processing.
  • Conduct data validation, debugging, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure data consistency across KYC, SAR, CTR, and ECM case management modules.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Financial Services Data Model (FSDM).
  • Prior experience in financial crime compliance, risk management, or banking/finance domain.
  • Exposure to Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and data integration tools.
