Senior PowerBI / Tableau Analytics Consultant

Power BI / Tableau Analytics Consultant Healthcare

We re looking for an experienced Power BI / Tableau Analytics Consultant to support a time-sensitive healthcare analytics migration. This consultant will be responsible for converting complex Tableau dashboards into Power BI while maintaining business logic, accuracy, and performance.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of Power BI development with advanced DAX expertise

• 6+ years of Tableau development with strong LOD (FIXED, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE) experience

• Hands-on experience migrating Tableau dashboards to Power BI

• 3+ years of recent healthcare analytics/data experience

• Experience building healthcare KPI dashboards (HEDIS/STARS, utilization, population health, care management, clinical/operational metrics, etc.)

• Strong Power BI data modeling, performance optimization, and RLS experience

Nice to Have: Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle or Cerner/Oracle Health experience; PL-300 or Tableau certifications.

This is a great opportunity for a senior BI consultant who can own complex Tableau-to-Power BI conversions and help establish Power BI best practices for an analytics team.
