We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong background in survey administration, institutional reporting, and data analytics to support higher education reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing survey platforms, coordinating reporting schedules, monitoring response rates, and ensuring data accuracy across reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules
Manage course evaluation processes and survey reporting
Monitor survey response rates and data quality
Support institutional reporting initiatives including Factbook and Graduate Placement reporting
Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations
Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Support additional survey and reporting projects as needed
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience creating/administering surveys and data reports
Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar tools
2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
SQL or similar data extraction experience
Experience in higher education, institutional research, assessment, or academic analytics environments
Education:
Bachelor s degree required (must be completed and verifiable)
