Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA experience to lead organizational change management activities for an SAP transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Drive user adoption and manage resistance to change across business teams.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure successful transformation.
• Monitor change adoption, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

• 13–17 years of overall experience.
• Strong OCM leadership experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and organizational readiness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
