IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid - Boston, MA)We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support large-scale system initiatives in a healthcare-focused environment.
This role combines project leadership with hands-on business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operations and end-user experience.
Responsibilities- Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Gather and document business/technical requirements
- Facilitate Agile processes and stakeholder workshops
- Support system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and vendors
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred- Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
- Familiarity with case management systems

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $71.43 - $71.43/hr.
