Summary

EPAM is seeking a skilled End-User Support Engineer to provide in-person technical support at our client's location in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will deliver hands-on assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless technology experience for all end users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues to end users
  • Provision, image, deploy, refresh, and decommission desktops and laptops
  • Support and troubleshoot peripherals including monitors, docks, input devices, and AV accessories
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and vendor service engagements
  • Perform asset management activities such as inventory, tagging, tracking, and audits
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
  • Document all work performed in designated systems and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in end-user or IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and common business applications
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ticketing, asset management, and monitoring tools
  • Ability to follow documented runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Cary, NC, five days a week
  • Participation in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer activities as required
