We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Commercial Construction Large Projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who are passionate about construction and committed to delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale commercial construction projects, including stadiums, hospitality venues, retail centers, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes. This role demands a high level of expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for the successful completion of complex projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, taking appropriate action to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement, innovation, and cost savings in all aspects of project management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in sectors such as stadiums, hospitality, retail, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of promoting safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage projects and meet with stakeholders.
