Summary

Job Title: RPA Developer & Java Full Stack Developer (UiPath, Spring Boot & Microservices)

Location: Plano, Texas

Mode of work : Onsite

Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile developer with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath and full stack Java development including Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows as well as scalable web applications and services, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows and automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring Boot framework.
  • Build and implement microservices to support scalable and resilient application architecture.
  • Create responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software and automation solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and RPA bot testing to ensure quality and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in RPA development using UiPath including workflow design, debugging, and deployment.
  • Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
