  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases
  • Apply AI-assisted analysis to code repositories, Jira/Confluence content, test evidence, and business documentation to identify impacts, gaps, dependencies, and traceability, with appropriate human review and governance controls
  • Collaborate with internal and external data providers to ensure surveillance and model requirements are met
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support solution design and technical specifications
  • Lead and manage QA activities, including automated test case creation, planning and execution

  • Support ongoing enhancements, user feedback, and issue investigation
  • Promote responsible GenAI adoption across BA/PM workflows by sharing reusable prompts, patterns, accelerators, and lessons learned with the broader team
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of total experience combining Business Analysis, Project Management, and hands-on software delivery experience within financial services or financial technology.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including hands-on experience with SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • The candidate should be capable of understanding and solving highly complex problems, have excellent communication skills and have financial services experience, preferably in the areas of investment banking and trading
  • Solid understanding of Capital Markets, preferably in Sales & Trading or Investment Banking
  • Experience working with trade data, position data, and reference data
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience delivering medium to large scale technology or data programs
  • Practical experience using GenAI tools in BA/PM workflows, including requirements drafting, Jira story creation, acceptance criteria generation, meeting summarization, documentation review, impact analysis, test case generation, and stakeholder-ready reporting
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Trade Surveillance or market abuse monitoring
  • Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Rovo, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Jira/Confluence AI capabilities, or similar platforms to analyze technical documentation, code repositories, Jira delivery hierarchies, Confluence knowledge bases, meeting notes, and test evidence to produce actionable BA/PM insights
  • Experience creating reusable prompts, lightweight agents, or AI-assisted workflows that improve requirements quality, delivery governance, QA efficiency, or executive reporting
  • Background working in highly regulated, risk focused environments
