What you will do:You will lead the process development for new product development at Stryker Robotics. In this role, you will review be responsible for:
- Drive design for manufacturability reviews
- Identify, audit, and develop external vendors to meet our quality standards
- Develop the manufacturing and inspection process
- Qualify equipment and validate critical processes and inspections to ensure a reliable production process
- Manage prototype builds, lead times and budget to support project milestones
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills:- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and understanding geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing
- Experience with process development, controls and inspection- (e.g. Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, Validations and Measurement System Analysis).
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Experience managing external vendors
- Experience with GDT, DFM, and Gage R&R
United States of America Pay Ranges:$77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
Travel Percentage: 10%
