Summary

Job Description (JD):

Provide support for Epic Ambulatory application and related modules
Handle Service Desk tickets, optimization requests, and project build tasks
Work on system configuration, design, and customization based on user needs
Lead workflow discussions, documentation, system build, and testing activities
Manage and coordinate technical project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for integration and data movement
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and software enhancements
Support integration testing, data validation, and issue resolution
Conduct user training and create training materials
Participate in go-live support, optimization, and ongoing maintenance
Ensure governance processes for project approvals, prioritization, and execution
Monitor system performance, upgrades, and disaster recovery support
Generate reports and support data analysis and database activities
Share responsibilities within the Epic Ambulatory team for support and maintenance

Mandatory Skills:

Epic Ambulatory Certification and strong hands-on experience
Advanced experience in Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose
Advanced experience in Epic Kaleidoscope and Bones
