Job Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using SAP Concur for travel and expense management.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently by following documented procedures.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior leadership, external guests, and internal administrative teams.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Calendaring & Meeting Logistics
Proactive Management: Own and drive the calendars for supported senior managers, anticipating needs before they arise.
Meeting Coordination: Create, manage, and respond to meeting requests and polls efficiently.
Conflict Resolution: Identify and independently resolve complex scheduling conflicts to ensure a seamless workflow.
Visitor Experience
External Requests: Process and manage all external visitor requests.
Onboarding Guests: Provide visitors with "Guest Wi-Fi" procedures and essential site
Collaboration: Work closely with the local Admin team to coordinate guest arrivals and ensure a professional welcome.
Travel & Expense Management
Travel Arrangements: Book and manage end-to-end travel itineraries using SAP Concur.
Expense Reporting: Prepare, submit, and manage timely expense filings through SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with company policy.
