Job Description & Responsibilities:
The TAM will be a key member of the strategic account team at Incture. This role is expected to program manage our ongoing client programs, build referenceable client relationships and scale the strategic account. Will need to work in close coordination with Sales, Pre-sales and Delivery teams. Some of the responsibilities are:
- Leading and partnering with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of business analysts, product owners, architects, SMEs & sponsors to bring about stated outcomes for ongoing Incture projects.
- Establish relationships with key decision makers and ensure that account client stakeholders are highly satisfied.
- Liaising with onsite client stakeholders as well as offshore/ nearshore Incture colleagues for seamless program execution.
- Status reporting, estimation and program planning, risk / issue / dependency / scope management, creating budget forecasts for the client and program profitability control.
- Preparing SLA KPI metrics and maintaining the project dashboard to provide the senior management with a snapshot of the project s overall health including milestones and deliverables.
- Technical delivery oversight including escalation management for ongoing engagements. Propose best in class solution to solve clients problem. Serve as the trusted technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Drive technical governance and architecture alignment across different landscapes Incture is involved with.
- Support roadmap planning, release alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor s degree with 8-10 years of total experience of delivery/program management for clients in North American market
- Strong knowledge of IT/product delivery systems & methodologies. Eg. Agile, CI/CD, AMS, Product lifecycle, emerging capabilities etc.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA / ECC landscapes, SAP BTP and Integration concepts.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP/SAP BTP environments.
- Proven experience working with global and offshore delivery models.
- Eye for details for business problems & opportunities preferably with pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of key business processes such as HR, Finance, Procure to Pay, etc would be a huge plus
- Exposure to pharmaceutical / medical technologies projects is preferred
- Should be dynamic, energetic and should be good at organizing information
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills.
- Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and efficiently to clients (including executive audience).
- A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and be able to inspire and support teammates.
