Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in EDI and EDIFECS.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions using EDIFECS.
• This role requires hands-on experience in software development, EDI integrations, and troubleshooting complex data exchange processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement EDI solutions using the EDIFECS platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance EDI applications to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and support documentation.
• Participate in software deployment, maintenance, and production support activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, EDI standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with EDIFECS.
• In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (X12, HIPAA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with:

• EDI Agent
• Pre & Post Processing
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in EDI, EDIFECS, or software development are a plus.
• Experience working in the Healthcare domain is preferred.
